I read something just this week about Emotional Intelligence that absolutely made me stop in my tracks.
There are people teaching & using emotional skills to control & manipulate others!!
Sometimes as entrepreneurs, we want so much to win. We want to be successful and we want to make a difference.
But if we want it so much that we are willing to use any means to win, it makes us too susceptible to using these skills in a way that may help us in the short run, but hurts people in the long run.
