What to do when you're emotionally exhausted

You’ve probably been there before, and with everything going on in our world today, you may be there right now.   

Emotional exhaustion is when you feel emotionally worn-out and completely drained...usually as a result of built-up and prolonged emotional stress. 

It takes a huge toll on your health, your happiness, your productivity in business, and your relationships.  

But there are things you can do to help yourself when you find yourself emotionally exhausted...some that may seem a little counter-intuitive, but these are all things we have learned and we do...and they help!
