I was just triggered from being semi-attacked.
It caused me to do some reflection.
Do you know anyone that has been bitter & jaded for months or years?
What are they like to be around?
How happy or pleasant are they?
How does their negative emotional state affect / impact their life?
Have you ever been jaded or bitter?
What have you been angry or upset about the longest?
Have you taken time to reflect on any unaddressed emotional issues in your life that may be causing you anxiety or stress?
Our bodies file, log & store all of our unaddressed emotions. The more intense & extreme our unpleasant emotions, the greater impact on our bodies & physiology.
If you need to, seek professional help to work through & heal from any unaddressed emotional injuries.
Have you forgiven yourself over the things you’ve done & the pain you’ve caused others?
Have you forgiven others that have injured you?
Freedom is on the other side of forgiveness.
It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it.
