Think, feel, do.

 

There’s always a process that happens before we arrive at an action.

 

Many of us are just not aware of what that process is.

 

If you understand that process, you can deconstruct it.

What do you think about what happened?

 

2 different people can react 2 different ways to the same thing

 

Unintentional thoughts & their impact 

 

Lead to feelings which then lead to actions.

 

Toxic positivity is like gaslighting yourself. 

 

Our thoughts can feel like truth sometimes & often our thoughts are inaccurate. 

 

How would an emotionally healthy person respond to this situation or think about this situation?

 

We can choose to think a new thought, which changes the way you feel, the way you act and, therefore, the result you get.

 

Anger is typically a secondary emotion.
